And the February Flight Club will mark Chef Ian’s first FLIGHT CLUB menu. American born soul singer, Silla, will provide the perfect backdrop for Ian’s rich, deep menu. The perfect way to celebrate the cosiness of winter flavours. 

This 5-course culinary delight, kicks off with cocktails and canapes from 6:30pm, with your first course served at 7:30pm.
